Shipping policy

Consignment Saddles:

Oak Manor Saddlery is proud to offer shipped and local trials for ALL saddles represented.

Our policies are binding and non-negotiable unless otherwise discussed. In order to receive a full refund, you must adhere to our trial and shipping policies. You will not receive a full refund of the saddle purchase price if shipping instructions and time frames are not followed. 

International saddle purchases are not eligible for saddle trials. 

Oak Manor Saddlery's trial policies are to ensure that you purchase a correctly fitting saddle that meets your needs. At the time of your purchase, you are charged for the saddle. If you return the saddle correctly, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the saddle (less the restocking fee of $75).

Purchases made with PayPal will require an additional 3% restocking fee when saddles are returned. 

You are responsible for the cost of shipping and insuring the saddle if you return it.

Saddle trials are five days long. The day you receive the saddle is day one, and you have five days. You must contact Oak Manor Saddlery before the end of day five if you wish to return the saddle. 

Saddles must be returned to Oak Manor Saddlery in the same condition that they left in order for a full refund of the saddle purchase price. If saddles are returned dirty or in need of conditioning, there will be a $50 cleaning fee.

If you wish to return a saddle, you must notify Oak Manor Saddlery within the trial period of five days. If you are late notifying us, you will be charged a fee of $100.

If you cancel your order after it has shipped, please ship the saddle back to us. You will be charged the standard restocking fee of $75.

If you cancel your order before we ship the saddle, you will be charged $50. 

If all policies and timelines are adhered to, the full cost of returning a saddle is the $75 restocking fee plus return shipping and insurance, and purchases made with PayPal will require an additional 3% restocking fee.

Saddles are sold as-is. The trial period is your opportunity to ride in and evaluate the saddle. We encourage you to have your trainer and/or saddle fitter inspect the saddle.  Used items are not guaranteed to be free of wear or damage. Oak Manor Saddlery is not a manufacturer, and cannot offer a guarantee on saddles.  NO refunds will be offered as a result of any saddler or trainer inspections made after the trial period of five days has ended.  We are not responsible for any suitability or condition issues brought to our attention after the trial period ends.
